The winners who should be receiving 8th degree Seal of Moon weapons as previously announced, will be receiving 8th degree Seal of Star weapons with + enhancements instead, which is equivalent to Seal of Moon weapons. Вообщем вместо СОМа 8 дегри дали СОС+8. Неплохо конечно, но все статы на 0%, только крит - 50%. Вот пара скринов:
